Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Registration fees are not refundable once payments have been transferred by Local Representatives to the Congress Organization.
  2. However, one Congress pilgrim may be substituted for another from the same group. In this case, the Local Representative must make a written request to the Congress organization.
  3. Requests for substitutions sent before May 15, 2008, will be dealt with free of charge. After that date, such requests will be subject to a $25 fee.
